Late Arrival Policy To ensure each guest receives the full Studio One Seventeen experience, punctuality is required. Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to accommodate parking. Parking delays are not considered a valid reason for late arrival. • A 15-minute grace period is permitted. • Arrivals after 10 minutes will incur a $25 late fee. • Arrivals after 15 minutes will result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion. Cancellation Policy

I value your time and the integrity of each service. Please arrive on time to ensure your full experience. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, as I cannot compromise the quality of your appointment. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your service total. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and may require a full payment to rebook future appointments.
