Late Fee

Punctuality is required to maintain the quality and flow of each service. Clients are given a grace period of 10 minutes. After this time, a late fee will be applied and must be paid before your service begins. 15 minutes late: $25 late fee 15+ minutes late: Appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Please note: Arriving late may result in a shortened service to respect the next client’s appointment time, with full service pricing still applied.
